The measures we put in place to ensure a safe experience when visiting our garages remain in place.
It is business as usual for us, here to support you with the upkeep of your vehicle. As a vehicle owner it is your responsibility to maintain its roadworthiness by keeping essential maintenance and checks up to date. Our business as usual is still a slightly different garage experience as we maintain our protocols.
During the pandemic we created a safe experience for visiting our garages following our strict COVID-19 protocols. As our priority is always to keep you and our team safe, we are continuing with these measures so things may still be a little different.
All of our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols. We also ask you to help keep us all safe. Please continue to remember; hands, face, space.
All of our garages will be happy to give whatever help they can to keep you on the road safely; simply call your local garage manager to discuss any special assistance you may need.
We are open. It is business as usual for us, here to help you keep your vehicle legal and roadworthy. During the pandemic we created a safe experience for everyone who was visiting any of our garages, this is part of our business as usual model, so you can feel safe coming to our centres for your vehicle maintenance.
- Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?
You can just drop-in to one of our garages. The measures we put in place during the height of the pandemic to ensure that you and our staff are safe remain in place.

- What are you doing to safeguard your employees and your customers?
We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration.
All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.
- Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering
(unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of us in other areas of the garage.
- What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
- Do I need to prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
